Scope, Integration and Billing Guidance

NeuroSynqt™ is a brain-based integration framework designed to sit within an existing professional practice. It is not a separate profession, licence or standalone service. NeuroSynqt™ supports practitioners to work with CPtsd (presenting in adults due to developmental trauma) through structured, neuroscience based understanding and practical application, while remaining fully aligned with their existing scope, role and regulatory obligations.

What NeuroSynqt™ is

NeuroSynqt™ is:

  • A neuroscience based integration framework

  • A structured way of understanding developmental trauma in adults, the impact on brain states and integration

  • A method that informs how practitioners assess, explain and support clients

  • An approach that complements existing therapeutic, counselling, coaching or educational work.

What NeuroSynqt™ is not

NeuroSynqt™ is not:

  • A standalone modality practised in isolation

  • A replacement for professional licensure

  • A diagnostic system

  • A separate billable service in regulated system

NeuroSynqt™ is always used inside an existing professional role.

    INSURANCE AND PROFESSIONAL COVER

Linda is accredited through The International Institute of Complementary Therapists (IICT).

Because NeuroSynqt™ fits within recognised complementary and educational practice categories, IICT Members and Students may list NeuroSynqt™ as part of their professional practice. This enables access to professional indemnity and public liability insurance that covers the NeuroSynqt™ component of their work, where appropriate.

    For students and practitioners:

    • IICT offers access to global insurance options

    • First-year student membership includes low-cost insurance access

    • Insurance applies to the NeuroSynqt™ aspect of your practice, not your primary licence

    Important:
Insurance coverage does not replace or override local licensing laws, registration requirements, or scope of practice obligations.

    • You remain practising under your existing licence or registration

HOW NEUROSYNQT™ IS BILLED IN PRACTICE

NeuroSynqt™ is not billed as a separate service.

For psychologists and licensed mental health professionals:

    • Sessions are billed under your existing service codes

    • NeuroSynqt™ informs the approach used within the session

    • Billing remains unchanged:

      • psychotherapy

      • counselling

      • assessment

      • consultation

If you are eligible to bill health insurance:

    • You continue billing under your licensed role

    • NeuroSynqt™ is the framework used, not the billed item

      • coaching

      • education

      • professional support

    • NeuroSynqt™ is included as part of the service description

    • It must not be represented as clinical treatment

    JURISDICTION AND GLOBAL PRACTICE CONSIDERATIONS

Licensure and practice permissions vary by country and in the United States, by state.

    Practitioners must consider:

    • Where the client is physically located

    • Whether they are authorised to practise in that jurisdiction

    • Telehealth or interstate practice rules

    • Differences between insured, self-pay, and hybrid models

NeuroSynqt™ does not change these requirements. It must fit within them.

It’s Time to Equip Yourself with the Tools You Were Never Taught

Many professionals were trained to manage symptoms, not developmental injury.

    What is often missing:

    • How developmental trauma reshapes the brain

    • Why survival states persist into adulthood

    • How identity disruption forms

    • How recovery unfolds through structure, safety, and integration

"Linda Meredith is a powerhouse when it comes to bringing research and information together to help us understand complex trauma. More importantly, she breaks things down in a way that is easily accessible with a program that is uber flexible.  The homework isn't about regurgitating information or memorizing terminology, but rather how we can embody the knowledge while healing from complex trauma ourselves.  An incredibly generous professional Linda prolifically creates beautiful templates, workbooks, and packettes of information to make it easier for coaches to run their business. I feel as though I have Linda 24/7 in my back pocket supporting me to do what I need to do for my clients. Linda Meredith is a gift to the world and this one-of-a-kind complex trauma certificate program is exactly what I need at this point in my life. Thanks Linda for what you do!"

I had been in and out of therapy for over 20 years. As a psychologist myself, I was perplexed on why I was going consistently to therapy but not feeling any progress.
Thank God I found Linda! Linda has helped me experience growth that for me was unimaginable. Her knowledge of trauma and trauma recovery is amazing! In a loving and compassionate manner, she has taught me helpful tools and strategies to manage my trauma symptoms.

Linda always respects my point of view and beliefs without judgement. Most importantly, Linda made me feel heard, seen understood and cared for. Further, her sessions are a good value for the money. The time I've spent working with Linda have been the most valuable of my life. Not only did we form a trusting, patient relationship, she has helped and continues to help me slowly understand what had happened to me. I now feel equipped to do things differently. It's been the most liberating and empowering experience and I've learned things that will stay with me forever. Thank you Linda!
