Linda Meredith

After experiencing her own journey through Complex Ptsd recovery, Healing from Complex Ptsd founder, Linda Meredith, has devoted her life to delivering effective complex trauma education.Linda’s mission is to continue developing programs and resources for CPtsd based on her lived and professional experience, combined with the latest research in neuroscience and psychology—so no one has to spend decades being unwell because they can’t access effective CPtsd support.
