Exciting News for 2026 PLUS book in for Group Supervision

Group Supervision Returns for 2026

It’s time to be excited as we step into Group Supervision for 2026.

We have a structured program ready to go for practitioners, where you will receive:

  • neuroscience-based education

  • practitioner worksheets

  • client-facing sheets

All content for this semester is built around NeuroSynqt™ and Narcissism, with a strong focus on practical, step-by-step processes that support both practitioner integration and client recovery. Having spoken with many of you over the break, it’s been wonderful to hear your plans and intentions for the year ahead.

A reminder:

You do not need to purchase specific courses to attend Supervision.

All practitioners are welcome
, regardless of which courses you have previously purchased.

We will meet for one hour, and the accompanying worksheets will be available for download within the next 24 hours. These have been designed to support integration as you begin the year, not to overwhelm.

LearnWorlds Platform Upgrade – What This Means for You

This year, LearnWorlds is rolling out a major platform upgrade. Once this is live, it will allow me to make significant improvements to how courses are offered to you as practitioners.

In practical terms, this means:

  • You will no longer need to complete full units if you only require specific content

  • Individual courses within Electives will be available as standalone purchases.

For example, Elective 1 contains six courses. If you only want Parentification as a standalone course, this will soon be possible. I am aiming for this to be available by the end of February.

Practitioner Courses & Sexual Abuse Content – Big Update

Now for the exciting part.

While developing the Sexual Abuse course, it became clear that there was an important crossover with the Practitioner material. As I began writing the Practitioner course, I realised something significant.

After creating more than 80 slides, it became clear that I could develop a CORE NeuroSynqt™ set of slides.

From there, the work expanded further.

You will soon receive:

  • a core neuroscience framework for each course

  • clear guidance on what to recognise in the client

  • what the brain is driving

  • how to work with each presentation effectively

I also developed a new way of identifying brain states beyond survival mode, giving us greater precision when working with complex clients.

This is exactly the kind of work that makes practice more streamlined, less confusing, and far more effective.

At this stage, there will be two Practitioner courses. I am currently determining whether both will be compulsory, or whether one will be optional. I will update you as this unfolds.

What’s Coming Next

  • The CORE NeuroSynqt™ slide set will be released first

  • Once live, I will email you immediately

  • From there, each course will be expanded with additional depth and resources

I am also finalising additional material for Core 8, and will share those updates very soon.

Thank you for your patience, your passion, and your commitment to trauma-trained excellence.

I genuinely can’t wait for you to experience these new ways of working with the brain to support effective recovery - for both you and your clients.

With appreciation,

Are you Looking to Take the Next Step?

Living with CPtsd?
What if recovery meant no longer remaining in survival mode?

I spent years chasing answers to a constant felt sense that something was “wrong” with me. On the outside I appeared functional - wife, mum, business owner. Inside, I was cycling through crippling anxiety and depression with no clear pattern.

Each time I sought help, I was told, variations of “You’re doing better than 98% of my clients - you’ll be fine.” The truth? Most clinicians/practitioners weren’t trained in complex/developmental trauma, making it impossible for them to see how CPtsd was impacting my life and eroding my capacity.

The basics I needed weren’t happening - and my health challenges increased every year.

CPtsd Recovery & Practitioner Training

Self-paced | Professional training | For practitioners and professionals

Breaking cycles doesn’t start with fixing the future.

It starts with understanding what survival shaped in you.

Intergenerational trauma continues when survival adaptations are never named, understood, or integrated.

When those patterns are understood, change follows naturally - in relationships, choices, and identity.

You don’t have to carry responsibility for anyone else’s healing. Supporting your own recovery is enough.

Self-paced tools designed to support recovery without overwhelm.
