  • New client homework and ebook resources are ready in multiple download formats, with more worksheets awaiting upload

Core 7, Core 8 and Core 9 Assessments are now fully online. These updates are part of my ongoing work to bring the courses up to date with current neuroscience and expand the practical resources available for CPtsd recovery. That means you can keep moving in a steady way, whether you are a professional applying this in your work, a student building your understanding, or an adult living with developmental trauma who wants practical, usable steps.

Core 7 and Core 9 updates with new client resources you can actually use

Core 9: Complex Trauma and Spirituality now includes six brand-new client homework books. All homework books are now available as editable Canva templates, PDFs and ZIP downloads, giving you more flexibility to style and use them.

The first three courses in My Authentic Self are also taking shape. Bringing neuroscience and soul together is a substantial undertaking, and these courses are being built with care. 🥰

More CPtsd recovery worksheets and a new Healthy Relationships book, informed by current neuroscience, are completed and awaiting upload to the Thriver Libraries.

That said, I am also building something quieter and more long term in the background.

My Authentic Self is now taking shape, and the first three courses are in development. The intent is to weave neuroscience with soul, meaning, and authentic living, so it supports both the practical work of recovery and the deeper question of who you are when you are no longer only surviving.

A personal update—and finally, some progress!

On a personal note, finally! It looks like my specialist has hit the nail on the head. I’ve been able to choose to exercise for six days in a row, and I’m finding it easier to sequence what needs to be done throughout the day.

It can be incredibly difficult to explain that you are motivated - that you want to do things - but your brain keeps disrupting your ability to follow through. The desire is there, yet putting it into action can still be a struggle. Thankfully, my specialist listened and understood what I was describing. Having that understood has made a real difference for me.

Meanwhile, my desktop is overcrowded with completed CPtsd recovery worksheets and a brand-new Healthy Relationships book, informed by current neuroscience relevant to recovery. More resources will be added to the Thriver Libraries shortly; I just need to clear some time to upload them!

There is plenty happening behind the scenes, and I’m pleased to be sharing these new courses and resources with you. They are being built with care, with practical learning and everyday recovery in mind.

Don’t give up, don’t give in, and make sure they listen to YOU!

With care,
Linda x
